Bottle Notes:
Wine Spectator Notes: Our 2023 was made in two parts. One was made entirely in stainless steel to retain the intense aromas of this wine and preserve crisp fresh acidity. The second part was aged in flavour-neutral French oak barrels for a short time to broaden the palate and further support the vibrant fruit characteristics of this wine. Both parts were blended before bottling and gently filtered.
With vibrant exotic notes of cantaloupe, papaya, toasty pastry, and pistachio nuttiness, this wine reveals something new every time that you go back for more. On the palate are a rich ripe texture and its signature round mouthfeel, with flavours that are setting a benchmark. One cannot help but feel giddy.
